pull-up is my favorite exercise. this performance improves athletic ability.
specially, it improves upper body. of course it makes muscles bigger and stronger than before
you don`t do pull-up .
it is very important that your arm is unfolded when you do pull-up.
that you do pull-up with folded your arms isn`t pull-up.
pull up is great performance!!!
